Ha, ha! Nice thought.
Doesn't hold water, though: if you are given a document by the government, you've clearly been authorized to have it. And if you're not authorized to have it, the one who gave it to you is the criminal.
That’s what I thought, but what if the documents in Biden and Pence’s possession were given to them by Obama and Clinton.
Well, the sitting President can declassify at will, no? If that situation were true it would absolve them.
