One of her doctors has her taking it..... Not sure of the dose. Its not a OTC, It is Tablet form. I think she takes it everyday.

Ok so it took a while to respond to this.... I kind of forgot! :/ Sorry bout that. She is taking 50mg a day of Ivermectin. She is improving every day... Its slow but headed in the right direction
