I highly doubt it was 400 million... Unless that's a worldwide total and even then that seems a little excessive. Definitely would explain the ghost cities though and who truly knows what to believe regarding news coming out of china.
The ghost cities were there before covid or the vax. But I too think that number is suspicious.
