I mean, who declares SoE and ML? politicians. Who declares that SoE and ML has ended? Politicians.

I just dont fully trust ANY politician to have the best interest of the people under SoE or ML. Power already corrupts them; the power they use/take under SoE and ML is even more so. Being under SoE also provides more opportunities for fed funding/money laundering.

Sorry, I just dont automatically assume anyone putting anyone under either option is a good thing. QUESTION EVERYTHING and reason for EVERYONES motives.
