These things take time. 14k hours of video is a LOT of video. They will need to convert it to a format that can be posted and viewable on the Internet. Depending on the format, framerate, and resolution they could be looking at ~150 TB (terabytes) of video. They also may want to review it for "national security" and "privacy" risks, and redact accordingly. Finally, the DS does NOT want these videos released, so count on them to slow walk the process.
