Harvey is an assistant principal. Apparently later on in the thread there’s an email from the actual principal that tells everyone they’re returning the money and that “they’ll find other ways to help their students” because this was inappropriate.

I had an okay public school education experience. I don’t know how I can bring kids into this world without private education now.
