Read the label on EVERYTHING you buy; it's a real eye-opener. Vegetableoils, including Canola (the worst), soybean, safflower, sunflower, and others are in everything. ORGANIC salad dressings and mayo at the health food store often have Canola oil as the first or second ingredient. Doesn't matter if Canola is "organic" or "cold-pressed" -- it's still very bad for you. And it, and the other bad oils, are in crackers, soups, muffins, you name it. I stopped eating things with vegetable oils (good oils include olive, walnut, coconut, and avocado -- although criminal gangs in Italy make big $ adulterating "extra virgin olive oil" with cheaper oils) a few years ago and it's made a big difference in my health.
Unprocessed organic food is best; minimally processed organic food (short ingredient list, and no BAD ingredients) is next; you'll be healthier if you put almost everything else back on the shelf.
Just my opinion. Well, and Dr. Hyman's, and many other's.

Maybe add coconut oil to the good list
It's in there.
