I wont excuse these cops, they definitely took it too far, but I watched the video and this guy resisted every step of the way. Why resist unless you are guilty of something? If you are not guilty of anything, if you are not trying to hide something, you comply, get your ticket and go home. There is more to this story that is being deliberately obfuscated.
