Looks like a dead ringer for Schiff's love child (if he weren't so in to young boys).

BTW, I know this lunatic has been around for a while. Did anyone ever ID it? It needs to be trolled relentlessly on social media, find it on LinkedIn and harass it at it's place of employment (assuming anyone would be crazy enough to employ it)
