"On January 28 this year, at about 7:30 a.m., in Novoaidar in the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukrainian armed forces deliberately struck a district hospital building with US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launchers, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.
The medical facility in Novoaidar had been providing necessary medical treatment to the local population and soldiers for many months.
As a result of the rocket attack 14 people were killed and 24 patients and medical personnel were injured. All those injured as a result of the AFU missile strike are being provided with qualified medical assistance.
A deliberate missile strike on a known active civilian medical facility is an unequivocally grave war crime by the Kiev regime. All those involved in the planning and execution of this crime will be found and held accountable."
