No Name McStain was in my opinion executed for delivering uranium to ISIS in Syria. Dirty bombs have been a part of their plan for a long time.

I read that Brennan carried the same signature uranium to Russia. They had plans to frame Russia as the source even back then. Most of the world has zero clue, and so they believe they can still get away with a setup.
