That's what I thought originally. They just needed a way to extinguish the raging dumpster fire of vax conspiracy theories and the fact he died not once but twice and the amount of media hype. They got what they wanted although sketchy at best with whomever portrayed him. It hit local news as well with Allen calling it dumb the idea of a double. At the end of the day this was a collosal train wreck for the NFL between the vax damage and the fact a player died on the field live and the whole nation watched it because those two teams were top seeds for the playoffs. There were more eyes on it that just Bengals and bills fans. I really thought they were going to orchestrate the bills through the Superbowl to justify the new stadium that the bills don't need being paid for by new York state taxpayers. Turns out it's all the same players and shakers. Lost in the playoffs? Sure let's waste over a billion on a new stadium while crime gets worse and infrastructure fails in all shapes and forms around the state. Yep waste another billion on a retarded sport while developing the whole region into even worse alcoholics than the region already has. Bills fans have the highest bac in the league and second place doesn't even come close. Bills fans are legally drunk on average.
