Not baggin this video, but symptoms mentioned are also the exact same for High Stress and Poor Diet. So much of what ails us can be attributed to poor eating and the biggest killer of all - stress.
Besides many third world countries, parasites aren't really that much of a concern in the modern world. Stress is.
I have many first hand accounts of immigrants (mostly from Asia) who came, saw and went back home. Reason? Too stressful. When they first started coming here I was so angry. These people can't drive! Speed limit 50 and they ALWAYS go slower. But I got to know some of them, and found out how slow and relaxed life has been for these folk, until they came here ...
Over the years I have seen many of them become successful here also. Now 20+ years later ...
Most of them are sick. Take meds for this that and the other. Their kids are overweight and because of success, they live the 'high life' which is 100% consumerism. Big houses, big cars and big egos. All of them unhealthy. Mostly stomach issues, muscle tension and headache. A pill for this and a pill for that and off they go ...
But there's been a few who sold up and went back home. Couldn't be happier. They've got money now, so life is easier back home. Back to their own diet, and soon their health begins to improve. I've seen it many many times.
Not baggin this video, but peeps might be thinking 'that's it! I knew it!, I have parasites!!!!' when you probably don't, and good diet, taking care of yourself and less stress will probably be the answer to 90+% of ailments. Food is medicine.
I’ve been mistaken for a 20 something a couple of days ago by a tennis coach. I am in my 40s.
I lift regularly, walk regularly, ride my mountain bike, and most importantly. All my food comes from the earth and living things on the earth (and I give gratitude every day). Nothing what I eat as my meals comes in a box or a plastic bag.
Is this a hidden reason why they are banning incandescent light bulbs? They pump out massive amounts of near-infrared.
Identifying the specific wavelengths that trigger Melatonin production can be tricky, but generally speaking, it’s likely to be the range between 800 to 1,000 nanometers (nm). This range of near-infrared is invisible, and has the ability to penetrate tissue. Visible wavelengths generally do not penetrate the skin, and therefore cannot stimulate your mitochondria. Anytime your skin is exposed to natural sunlight, however, you can be sure you’re receiving the necessary wavelengths of near-infrared to generate Melatonin in your mitochondria. Conversely, when indoors under artificial lighting, you can be certain you’re not getting any. This is because most window glass is low-e and filters out a good portion of the near-infrared, so even sitting near a window is not going to provide you with this benefit.

“Let food be thy medicine”
I believe this was attributed to Hippocrates
100% food is medicine! Eating shitty food can cause brainfog, so obviously it will also cause stress.
Eat properly and stress will be a non-issue.
