The pictures I've seen of "the apparatus inside the fuselages" were a fraud. They were really pictures of a water ballast distribution system for airplanes in the production development stage, conducting flight tests with controlled changes in the location of the center of gravity. This is an indication that anyone who touted these pictures as proving "chemtrail apparatus" didn't know anything about the pictures (ignorance) or knew what they were and chose to misrepresent them (mendacity).

As for the landing jet, it is true that all airliners are equipped with systems that can jettison fuel while aloft. This is a safety feature to prevent a fire/explosion hazard if there is an impending emergency landing. If that system had malfunctioned, there would be a mess---but the airlines are not in the practice of jettisoning fuel if they can possibly avoid it. Too damned expensive to waste.
