Were the nukes NOT their first option?

I thought the vaxx debacle was to create and train a "war society", ready to fall inline to a "war government".

Did they want people sick and dieing AND vaporized? Or maybe the nukes are meant for once the genocide has "aged" some.

Well ... If nukes were pure propaganda psyop, that would explain it handily. MacArthur asked for nukes in Korea to save American lives, and got canned. He wasn't in the know, or in the club.
