So, I stopped taking Moringa for a few weeks attempting to rule out my on going rash. (Summary if you missed it. In December I got an awful itchy rash. I think it was crest toothpaste. Since stopping I’m not breaking out but itching bad.) After weeks out of my system I’m back to being a night owl which requires sleeping late because I can’t function. One morning went to sleep at 6am. Started back on Moringa it should take about a week to get back to normal bedtime. I believe it’s in the top five herbs I’ve taken. Just so many benefits! I appreciate all of you that gave me advice on histamine. Y’all are absolutely wonderful💓
I take Moringa and Olive leaf extract. I really like it and have so much more energy if I do . Joints don't hurt either.
Do you grow the Moringa or order dried leaves? I’m taking Tribe Organics Moringa. I have a lot of herbal tinctures I have purchased from people that forage or grow the plants. I haven’t grown anything in at least ten years. I like supporting the small businesses like this instead of large ones selling a product that’s not nearly as good. Only problem I have with tinctures is traveling. It’s not practical packing 2-5 bottles a trying to take multiple times a day. Thankfully I’m home more than I’m gone.
I'm lucky I have a supplier who is only a couple of towns away so she posts stuff and it's here the next day so I get the dried leaves from her. I get a lot of stuff from her and she's always very fast at sending to me. I've just managed to get hold of some Moringa seeds to have a go at growing my own plants.
Edit: Just reread your comment. Forgot it was extract.
How much tea do you drink a day to get arthritis relief? How much dry tea and how many cups a day? Tea would be simpler and easy to travel. That’s great it’s good to have a reliable source. I buy herbs and body products from some shops online and Etsy. I do a lot of research before I purchase.
