That is a huge problem with society in they know it goes on but never want to hear about it because it is so disturbing. They believe huge resources are being devoted to solve the issue so why let it be discussed openly. If larger numbers of people would openly discuss the problem, it would ignite huge outrage until the proper resources are devoted to ending the problem.
