Thanks bud. The handicap principle can explain much of the bizarre-seeming behavior of white leftists. An example in the US are the affluent white Democrats who advocate for open borders. They think their qualifications, credentials, and connections put them in another stratosphere of employability, so their jobs will never be threatened by low-skill border jumpers. In the elitist leftist minds, to show concern for the domestic job market is to show lack of personal confidence, and to label oneself as blue collar or less than the elites. The leftists are too busy showing off to understand that they should be worried about their own relatives and future generations.

The irony is that the left are marketed as being compassionate towards the collective and the future, while the right are accused of being selfish. In reality, the right honor individual rights towards good outcomes for their group and the future, while leftists use collectivist coercion to benefit themselves individually while prioritizing present-day personal vanity over the group’s future.
