I bet we will find out later that he not only sold at a massive profit, but he took a massive short position out on Pfizer after selling his holdings. He'll probably make more on the short position than he did from his prior sell off.

Just like JP Morgan took out massive short positions on mortgage-backed securities they invented and knew would fail, but sold them to their customers anyway.
