Kinda weird that my retired, 100% disabled US veteran was told his diabetic med, Ozempic is currently on "back order" then I see commercials promoting "NEXTMED" selling Ozempic as part of a weight loss program. They say you can "get it as soon as tomorrow!" So, weight loss, a side effect of Ozempic, is more profitable than treating diabetes. More $$$'s for Pharma than the VA/ insurance companies will pay to treat a serious medical condition? (Not that Fatness is not serious too.)

Now that "they've" said obesity is "genetic", the push may be for mRNA jabs to "cure" the obesity, which "should" mean more availability of the diabetic med (either because the jabs work or because the jabs will kill the recipients).
