A large (75,000 employee) healthcare system just changed their BLS (CPR training) requirements from every 2 years to every 4 MONTHS! Maybe just an overzealous policy change, but certainly makes you think…

The ramp up is clear. Look at damar hamlins page and heart health assoc. all talking up how everyone should get trained in CPR and be CPR competent
