Anyone else notice the consistency of some eggs are off? Some are kinda rubbery while others remain the same? I saw a video where a woman was talking about eggs being rubbery and that’s what made me realize it wasn’t just me. She said it was eggs from Wal-Mart, Aldi and Hillandale. Interestingly l their plant just burnt killing 100k chickens. Could that be the reason for the fire?
Could those eggs be changed or manipulated by human intervention? Maybe something the chickens are eating or a hormone/vax type injection. We don’t know anything about a chicken is raised on these large chicken house farms. Have you ever seen a big one? In my area many years ago farmers farmed less or none and went to chicken and hog house farms.
That is what I am thinking. Change eggs and effect so many things that are made. The egg is a crucial part of so many recipes.
