I know I’ve seen it before, I just can’t remember where.

Yes, every user is recorded on archive dot org. Started the day after Biden's inauguration.
So say someone who wants to start a YouTube channel and uses the same username and shows their face would be putting themselves at a huge risk then?
That was a serious question btw
Potentially. Depends on what you say and how vindictive someone is feeling. Considering the timing, it seems to me that it may have been done by intelligence agencies to track extremism.
I’ve said some pretty red pilled things on here. I’m not worried about the government, I’m worried about some left wing radical who has a bone to pick doing some “independent research” and doxing me, killing any potential growth.
People have been canceled on YouTube for seemingly less.
I think the risk is pretty low, but I'd consider simultaneously growing your channel on other platforms. YouTube has gotten pretty bad anyway, particularly with monetisation, so multiple platforms is probably a smart idea regardless. Choosing a different name is also a good idea.
Please don’t refer to that farce as an inauguration. Biden still doesn’t have full presidential authority. Your point about archive dot org is correct and I just want to say good night to the FBI agent that is following me on all 15 of my VPNs.
