IDK-propaganda. Who lives in that part of the country that has enough resources and money to float a balloon in the sky to cause a distraction?

What is the purpose of a balloon?

A sign right?

Signs work for both sides.

It is exciting though. No? I want to me young enough to have the smallest ability to help my fellow Americans. Whatever this sign or propaganda is has the same flavor as those killer wasps and toilet paper gate did.
