Stepped outdoors with the old dog at 5 below zero, wind chill around 20 below, she did her business and even the young dog wanted no part of staying outdoors, he usually never comes back in with us, this morning he showed there is some sense in that curly head. Going down to 25 below tonight, I will defintiley put blankets on the northwest windows. Hens are all in the basement in big cages. And yet the little chickadees are at the bird feeders, showing me God's miracle of life stands strong. If he made anything perfect, it is all of his creatures. He made us that way too, but when we turn against him, we fall. Be like the tiny bird in the storm.
