Pentagon press briefing just said it has a basket with a payload under it.

What are the odds that this is the shot heard around the world and that Trump is getting ready to board AF1.

Is it happening?

I think EMP is most likely.

EMP's are most effective at alt. that this is flying at.

Would make sense why they would not shoot it down - whatever may be on it could be more damaging if it is detonated on impact.
