No, it's not the lack of straight white males under 60, that's been a thing. No, I'm seeing a ton of "California Closets" commercials where your dwelling is made up of hideaway beds and desks, etc. And then I'm seeing a completely different company selling something else and the couple gets out of a...hideaway fold up bed. Setting the mental stage slaves. Stay in your small cubicles while the elites get acres and acres of land to see you coming 20 miles away.

Yes! I lived in a 1964 mid mod ranch, in mostly original condition, and I LOVVVVVED that house. Loved it. Cozy, comfortable, everything made sense for living. Life changed and we went to an open concept style. I didn't know how much i would hate it. The kitchen was in the living room and the bedroom. Food odors everywhere all the time. We bought a huge tv bc it seemed like the thing to do, and then the tv was in the kitchen and the bedroom. Hated it. Sold it to a couple who planned to put an even bigger tv in, tvs in every room, and a tv on the patio by the pool. Good for them. Glad to see it go. Haven't had a tv since.
