Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't something like 97% of all these faggot freaks end up with some kind of life threatening infection because of the urine and feces constantly getting into their fake "vagina", and causing a bacterial infection?
I also believe they can't pee straight or without hurting, and many can't even sit for long periods without being in excruciating pain. And that's just off the top of my head.
