Heavenly Father we love you so much. You are a perfect, all loving, all knowing Father that care about us more than we can ever know. Help us to always keep this fact in our hearts and minds even during the darkest of time. Father we ask that you cast out the powers of darkness. Remove there strangle hold on all your children and heal your land so we may live a better tomorrow. A tomorrow that is founded In serving you. Protect all the many souls here on scored(.win). Some hip ache make it difficult to stand from a sitting position unless I remember to exhale whilst doing it. Otherwise I am delighted by our exchange with our new Friend u/NewbieQbie . She’s a great LQdy although she’s insomniac. LQdy, try and avoid coffee, tea, tobacco, and computer screen after 21:00. Also set a clock for somehow sooner than your comfort zone so you will fall asleep at the best time to go to bed the next day.🤗💐
