Loads of videos on You Tube, most by doctors. Very basic: meat, eggs, fish, seafood and fowl, plenty of butter and water. No fruit, vegetables, oils or grain. Takes a while for the body to re-adjust, bit of a struggle at first but once you get going you don't want carbs. So glad I did it. With nutrient rich food you end up eating twice daily; shopping is now so much easier, preparation fast and simple, and little to wash-up - win win. And don't forget spiritual food, read your Bible daily. :D

Yes, a bit but I've gained much needed muscle. Carbs are empty calories, this will build you up.
