Joe started looking different during his VP term. Maybe that's when Rush started referring to him as "plugs"?

I always thought Barry switched him out.... but some truthers I follow (X22 is one) eludes to Trump or white hats having put Biden in there.... the answers will be be interesting I'm sure :)
