I am satisfied that provable events are adequately explained by superior information and agency, so would only give time travel a 1% probability of being involved. I would also draw a distinction between time travel, time viewing, or time communicating, I score them differently, but they are not my primary theory. Interesting but ultimately a speculation, the real events matter more. I think most likely the sky event will be the use of the Project Blue beam Technologies originally designed to fake a second coming of Christ or an alien invasion to project Visual and auditory signals using the atmosphere as a medium. In other words, turning the sky into a great big movie screen. This is what I believe Q means when he says you are watching a movie. I believe the white hat element, if that's indeed what they are, intend to do an end run around the controlled media and the federal government by projecting the evidence of the cabal's crimes into the sky for all eyes to see.
