She appears light skinned ethnic in the video, and her mother—the woman on MSNBC clips talking about her child being beaten is clearly a light skinned black (Puerto Rican—Maybe?) but because of mom I assumed the girl is not Caucasian.
As I understood it, the woman who is being interviewed is not the mother of the two children in the bus incident. She is the mother of another child who was bullied that agreed to be interviewed. I agree she is light-skinned mixed.
The children we see from the bus video appear fully white. But I could be wrong.
