Anons this is a 7 page read talking about leaderless resistance, and it should be something you all either read or download to read later. I'm almost certain you will be clicking on a lot of things in this (it was from 1990's but has origins from the 1960s), and a lot of the assumptions made came true for today.
It talks about 3 types of resistance command structures: Organizations, cells, and shadow cells. The author makes the case that Organizations and cells can fall because they have leadership structures and can be taken down. So if we are to take on tyranny we need to examine shadow cells, which is much like how the "committees of correspondence" acted during the American Revolution. eg: I, fatality am a shadow-cell of 1 person.
Thanks to u/krypt0 for bringing this to my attention, because it's just what we need for backup assurances.
