I would have the Person who gave the Injection, an all those directly above, all the way to the top, brought before me and then ""Vlad the Impaler"" them all on 8 Foot Stakes, Round Pointed so that the Stakes move ever soo slowly through their bodies, so it takes the longest time, and once the stakes made it allthe way out the other end, their feet would finally hit the ground....
