This is very good, even if you hate Marijuana.

The ruling is that the SC said all gun laws are invalid unless they existed at the time of our nation's founding. Since we didn't use to ban guns for Marijuana possessor, we can't now.

NFA is extinct by this logic! The idea of buying a stamp to lawfully posses a military weapon is repugnant to the 2A!
