We'd leave a bag open on the bed. The cat would run into the bag and the bag (with the cat) would slide off the bed and onto the floor. Thunk. Put the bag back on the bed. The cat would run into the bag and the bag would again slide off the bed and onto the floor (with the cat inside). Repeat again and again, until the bag was too ripped up and torn to fit a cat.
