The virus and vaccines are both have the spike protein. I had a bad case of COVID and feel like I aged 10 years, but I was sick for 3 weeks. I also think they slipped me the COVID vaccine instead of the flu vaccine at work. They reinstalled the flu vaccine requirement on me in 2021 and I didn't have time to apply for an exemption. This year I did.

Yikes. Hopefully they didn't give you anything other than what you specifically gave them permission to give you. I had covid in 2020, and it was bad as well.
