A year or so ago when the Satanic Temple was putting up a stink about abortion being a religious "right".... I said something about it to a friend. Her response was akin to "freedom of religion".
Yup. Law-fare tactic to claim legality under 1A.
Would it even work? Wouldn't that make each man a law unto himself?
I think TST will try to file lawsuits in jurisdictions where abortion was banned by claiming that it’s a practice of their religious beliefs, and therefore cannot be limited because of 1A.
Murder in any form, is still Unlawful....
