Good for you! When I was a kid I spent all summer at the beach- almost never in front of aTV except when sick.... total guilty pleasure!! No TV on school nights, and I thought it was soooo strict.

I’m grateful now- but at the time I should have done better. Live and learn!

Sugar was almost banned, fast food was s treat.

We had lots of sugar but not much fast foods until they built a McDs in our little town! I don’t do either these days.... poison!
