Trying to find some good posts that talked about this in the past, but coming up empty or finding stuff that isn't very useful. Does anyone have a good regime that you've used or have some good resources?

5 days of body weight dose of horse paste ivermectin, (durvet brand from Valleyvet.com, about 8.00 a tube), zinc (with food for sure), at least 4000 mg of vite c, 15,000 iu D3. I would take the c and d3 always. It got me over a congestion I thought I'd have the rest of my life. take all daily for five days in a row and repeat in 3 weeks. Do all over again in 3 months. This ritual got me and my family through the whole "bioweapon pandemic" while everyone else was sick. only we purebloods were open minded to doing it though, of course, and the others have "had covid" maybe three times. They believe in the bullshit tests. We don't. Also since we have horses we aren't afraid of horse paste, we see how it helps the vitality of the horses!
Everyone I treated with 50mg Zinc, 10,000iu D, daily plus IVM 12mg day one and then 6mg with breakfast and 6mg with dinner the days after for 5 days and had 100% success rate with over a dozen people.
We just use IVM with no other supplements. Don't really have a set regime other than everyone gets a single dose once a month. Been keeping us healthy and happy for just shy of two years.
I used ground black walnut shells. Worked amazingly well. Bought it on Amazon.
Try Black Walnut or Neem oil. Also Goldenthread.

AGRI-Mectin from Tractor Supply is dirt cheap. 200 ml bottle for $65 and equivalent to 200 12 mg tablet. Add to a little bit of juice or other drink just not alcohol there is no foul taste. Use a syringe to measure and the dose is 1 ml per 120 pounds so adjust according to weight.
Cool, I guess I thought there were other regimes besides IVM, and maybe I'll try those later. Not wanting it for C19.
We've been taking it periodically for nearly 2 years now. Both the wife and I have seen many benefits to our general health. The AGRI-mectin is so cheap and large quantity that it is helpful to have around for family and friends in need.
We've also been taking NAC, vitamin D and zinc.
The injectable one? Is that safe oarlly?
I use a 23 ga needle to draw which is slow but you can tear the outer ring off and use the rubber stopper to keep it fresh if you want to use an insulin syringe without a needle on it to measure.
Yes, they are all the same in that they can be taken orally, rubbed on the skin or injected at the same dose. Never inject any of them unless it is into livestock, but the dosage is the same.

Be fing careful with liquid!! I misplaced a decimal point and got a 10x overdose, plus. A simple mistake. After a year my muscle problems are resolving. I only found one article online regarding overdose/upper muscle problems. I guess it's proven not very poison after my flub up.
