I found an online written transcript of a lecture that Bill had given about aliens. I found the lecture on video on YouTube and then somehow I found the transcript online. Needless to say it kept me up all night one night terrified. I’ll see if I can find it and share it.
THIS is the lecture I saw Bill give on a YT video, word for word. One of his conclusions at the end, while not new information to me, is still chilling if true - "We are being manipulated by a joint human/alien power structure which will result in the total enslavement and or destruction of the human race."

Bill was broadcasting on shortwave in the 90s and on satellite radio but that was hard to get required the big dish. Only people who could stand to hear the squelch and static and that high pitched whining sound could Or would hear him live.
I was one of those radio geeks. Still have a couple radios if you can find one worth single side band it will be useful when we need to hear hams communicating.

The guy knew 9/11 was going to happen and had said so a few weeks before. Shortly after that he was "killed" by some FBI agents.
