I feel awful for Turkey and Syria, but not much can be done to help until the ground stops moving. Plus, on the negative note; if Syria or Turkey needs aid from the US, they’ll need to contact Ukraine to barrow some of our aid funds. Of course being since Zepimpsky has about tapped us out.
