Yup. They used to just send the summons in the mail. Then they sent a man to deliver the summons to ensure it got there. Then they started sending two men and people fought. Now they send 3 soldiers and a police officer who will arrest the man and take him immediately into custody. 4 v 1, all armed.

Ukraine's winning alright. They're winning so much that people are just dying to go fight the Russians.
