This is a great book. This bloke was onto the truth about diet but was mysteriously killed on an icy pavement. Thanks for getting some diet facts out there, that are not paid for by the various meat/dairy/egg industries. If you can’t easily breathe through both your nostrils, maybe you could look at this book. We could all be living much longer than the current average with this hidden information. Great job OP.
