The end of a 200 year war agreement between England , France , and Spain. The Constitution Expired. Continuity of Government legislation enacted so that as long as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA was at war then it just continued because of Devolution. But now the flag is flying with the stripes up and down as trumps face was painted recently. Now it is time for RECONSTITUTION.
