This is a practice of nurse practitioners. There are no physicians in this practice (unless that's changed since the last time I looked into them a month or two ago). In Florida where this practice is, NPs can do preliminary diagnoses, specialist - physician referrals and can prescribe medication as well. It's pretty much what a PCP can do. I believe this varies state-to-state so check into them first to see if they meet your needs.
