Schools all across the nation are overwhelmed by this. It is also the reason for the so-called housing crisis, low employment pay, etc. It is working out the way BOTH sides intended it to which is why neither has done jack shit about it for DECADES but MAYBE bring it up every couple years about how it is a problem and "if you just vote for me, I'll fix it" yadda yadda yadda
