They actually implemented them? Yikes There was a homicide plus 2 attempted homicides in my area one night recently, but the alleged perp got away. They zeroed in on him a couple days later. Surrounded the building, called for him to surrender peacefully. He came outside, ran to his car, smashed into 2 cruisers during his escape but they couldn't chase him because of new state law. Even after committing multiple felonies while fleeing. I see no upside to laws like these
What they are doing is filtering good cops and littering the force with retards and psychopaths who are criminals by nature but with a badge. This is for a reason, to cause the public to hate on the police because the psychopaths that remain in the force are out of control and the ones who want to be good are powerless.
