Understand 100%. Reading this just tears a person up. To think of all the legislation, the thought process, logistics, communications and coordination and so forth that went into this giant ass evil scheme. This has to go back a very long ways for this to all come together. Had Trump not pushed this into the daylight before they could get ready, we would be having a totally different conversation.

Did I miss something here? This doesn't seem very positive for those injured. Ok not a vaccine, does that change the status of PREP? Why was this not heard by SCOTUS and ruled unconstitutional? I've heard of this PREP act before but figured everybody else had heard as well and nobody seemed to be up in arms about it. I must be missing something. Can you enlighten me here?
